Magni Sutera Resources (MSSB) started as a sole proprietorship previously known as Chin Fook Construction which started in 1916 and converted to private limited company in 2006. Our company constructed Sarawak’s first Shell Service Station in 1950, and the first PETRONAS Service Station in 1974 which marked our success being the first specialised petrol station contractor in East Malaysia. Hence, we continued building more than 50% of the petrol stations throughout Sabah & Sarawak. Our other area of work includes conversion of land use, obtaining planning & authorities’ approvals, technical design, and conversion and renovation of petrol service stations. The company has completed many commercial and housing projects throughout Sabah & Sarawak such as the Petronas Carigali’s new office building, Ranhill office building, and the first PETRONAS and McDonald drive-through in East Malaysia.
