Magni Sutera Resources Sdn Bhd was engaged by Icon Offshore to provide trainers in delivering safety training and coaching for their crews during their offshore drilling campaign with ConocoPhillips in Malaysian water.

- To provide and deliver training modules and materials as specified by the client's training matrix and requirements.
- To prepare and provide an extensive documentation record for all training/ coaching provided such as daily progress report, training matrix, e-certificate and many more.
- To provide job related knowledge to the workers.
- To impart skills among the workers systematically thru classroom/practical training.
- To enhance safety culture of the workers, supervisor, and organisation.
- To conduct on-site coaching, observation, monitoring and intervention on hazards.
- To contribute and participate in the daily pre-tour meeting, emergency drills, on-site observation/ mentoring and weekly safety meeting.
